Note: that I’m a big fan of this restaurant chain and had a great experience when I went there Sunday afternoon for lunch. The service was friendly and the food tasted fresh and delicious. There was no line to wait so that made me even happier. The men’s restroom was clean and had soap and paper. The variety of sauces were nice. The parking is ample although it does share with other retail stores so I could see it being busier during the week.

We ordered online on the Cafe Rio app. After pickup we realized that several orders were incomplete and the drinks were missing. After calling to notify the staff, we were refunded the cost. The staff were very helpful and respectful.
